How do I buy/sell crypto via P2P trading?

How to buy crypto via P2P trading (Web)?

1. Access P2P trading

Log in to your Toobit account and click [Buy crypto] on the homepage, then select [P2P trading].

 

2. Filter Ads

On the P2P trading page, you can filter offers based on your preferences:

• Select [Buy]

• Choose the cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT)

• Select your fiat currency (e.g., USD, JPY, EUR)

• Choose your preferred payment method(s)

• Browse available ads and click [Buy] on a suitable offer

 

3. Enter amount

Enter the amount of crypto or fiat you want to purchase, select a payment method, and click [Buy].

 

4. Confirm order and contact the Seller

Once the order is created, you will be redirected to the order details page. You can also access it via [Orders].

 

Use the chat window to communicate with the seller and confirm payment details if needed.

 

5. Make payment

Click [View Payment Details] and complete the payment using the seller's provided payment information. After completing the payment, click [Transferred] to notify the seller.

 

6. Wait for crypto release

Once the seller confirms receipt of payment, the crypto will be released to your account. You can view the assets in your [Spot account] after the transaction is completed.

 

Important notes

1. You must complete KYC verification and link your email and phone number before using P2P trading.

2. Please review and agree to the Toobit P2P Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

3. Make sure the name on your payment account matches your verified identity on Toobit. Otherwise, the seller may refuse to release the crypto.

4. Always follow the payment details provided in the order.

5. Do not click [Transferred] unless you have completed the payment. Violations may result in account restrictions.

6. Crypto purchased via P2P can only be withdrawn on T+1 (the day after the transaction is completed).

7. Sellers typically release crypto within 15 minutes after confirming payment.

8. If you are using the Toobit app, please update to the latest version (v2.2.1).
